10G CWDM SFP+/XFP

Quantity

10G CWDM SFP+/XFP transceiver modules are small form factor pluggable module for serial optical data communications. It is designed for single mode fiber and operates at a nominal wavelength of CWDM wavelength. There are 18 center wavelengths available from 1270 nm to 1610 nm, with each step 20 nm. A guaranteed minimum optical link budget of 14 dB is offered. Sopto supplies OEM service and Third-Party(Cisco, Juniper, HP, Dell etc.) compatible fiber optic transceivers.FeatureProduct Features● Single +3.3 V Power Supply● Built-in digital diagnostic functions● 2G/4G/8G/10G Fibre Channel compliance● Transmission distance up to 80km over SMF● Power Budget up to 10dB, 14dB, 16dB, 23 dB● Supports Multi Protocol 8.5Gb/s, 9.95Gb/s to 11.3Gb/s bit rates● Class 1 Laser International Safety Standard IEC-60825 Compliant● Uncooled 18-λ CWDM DFB/cooled EML LD: from 1270 nm to 1610 nm● Can be used with single fiber CWDM system or dual fiber CWDM system● Operating Case Temperature: Standard: 0~70°C; Extended: -20~85°C; Industrial: -40~85°CCompliant● RoHS-6● IEEE 802.3ae 10GBASE● SFF-8431, SFF-8432, SFF-8472Sopto fiber optic transceiver took the first lead to pass the ISO9001 quality system, the requirements of European CE, RoHsPin AssignmentDiagram of Host Board Connector Block Pin Numbers and Name.Pin Function DefinitionsPIN | Name | Function | Notes1 | VeeT | Module transmitter ground | Note 12 | Tx Fault | Module transmitter fault | Note 23 | Tx Disable | Transmitter Disable; Turns off transmitter laser output | Note 34 | SDL | 2 wire serial interface data input/output (SDA) |5 | SCL | 2 wire serial interface clock input (SCL) |6 | MOD-ABS | Module Absent, connect to VeeR or VeeT in the module | Note 27 | RS0 | Rate select0,optionally control SFP+ receiver. The memory is mapped in Table 1. Detailed ID information(A0h) is listed in Table 2. And the DDM specification at address A2h. For more details of the memory map and byte definitions, please refer to the SFF-8472, “Digital Diagnostic Monitoring Interface for Optical Transceivers”. The DDM parameters have been internally calibrated.Table 1. Digital Diagnostic Memory Map (Specific Data Field Descriptions)Table 2.
